Happy 25th to me!

I had a birthday Tuesday, a 25th birthday in fact. I was all excited that I was going to eat lunch with my mom and aunt at the new Red Robin at the Pearland Town Square. My mom called me about 9 to wish me a happy birthday and plan what time to meet up. Her phone beeped in, and she'd call me back. It was my dad, he'd been at the doctor. He was having chest pain over the weekend, and was going to the doctor to get checked out better than the ambulance did. The doctor was sending him to Clear Lake Regional ER. Ok, well, no Red Robin for me.. Oh well. Well, the ER doctor said they had to admit him for a 24 hr observation and run some more tests. They ran all kinds of tests, and found NOTHING wrong with his heart. His liver enzymes were elevated, and checked his gallbladder. Nothing wrong there either! My dad was quite irritated by the time he got out Wednesday evening.

Hand, Foot, Mouth

Luke was exposed to hand, foot, mouth disease last Saturday by accident. Mia didn't have any symptoms when Luke was around her, so we didn't know. It is basically a virus that causes blisters on the said body parts. He has a few in his mouth, and a couple on his fingers. He isn't eating real well.. So, he drinks Pediasure.. The nurse said that as long as he stays hydrated, he will be ok, it isn't as important to try to make him eat solids.. It takes about a week ( give or take a couple days) to clear up, so he will be ok by the end of the week.

Ok, ok I guess I will be "cool" and start a blog!

Our lives really aren't THAT interesting, but some people like seeing pictures of my ADORABLE son!!
